The 9th Annual Kauai United Way ?Just For Fun, Just For Kauai? Golf Tournament was held at the Puakea Golf Course on July 19, 2009 and was another huge success.

Rob?s Good Times Grill were the big winners taking the top prize at the 2009 Tournament.

Through a struggling economy, it netted over $36,000 for Kauai United Way?s 26 participating agencies. The tournament consisted of 36 teams and was sold out in early May ? a whole 2 months prior to tee off. Hundreds of prizes were awarded and lucky grand prize winners were once again treated to spectacular vacation packages in Las Vegas and various golf courses and resorts throughout the State of Hawaii. Each participant had an opportunity to win a new car, courtesy of King Auto Center and went home with a prize.
